Referral Program Information

PURE Property Management pays a NextHome agent a $750 referral bonus per investor client.

Investor Client Referral Qualifications
A qualified referral is the owner of an investment property that meets the following criteria:

Is currently, in 6 months or less, seeking or considering full-service property management services.
• Is NOT seeking lease-only services
Is the owner of one or more residential investment properties of the following types:
• Single family residence
• Multifamily 2-4 units (duplex, triples, fourplex)
• Multifamily apartments 50 units or less
The property is within 60 days of being “rent-ready”.
Rent amount is at least 85% of the average market rent.
The property is located within our services territory listed on the PURE-NextHome Leading Booking Location Lookup shared Google Sheet.

How to Refer a Residential Investor

A member of PURE's Business Development team will contact you after the referral is received.
NextHome Agent makes the connection with the investor and PURE team member
PURE team member follow ups with the NextHome agent on the result of the referral.
When the referral converts to a full-service management client, the referral fee payment process begins when the property is leased.
