Accessibility Statement

As recently as 2023, the World Health Organization estimated that there are more than one billion people living with disabilities, with over 100 million persons having significant difficulties in functioning. Many of these disabilities can affect access to information technologies, including webpages. Unfortunately, many of these same individuals who run into barriers that impede access to information technologies could benefit most from using them.

Given the importance of the internet, web accessibility is of critical importance to disabled persons around the world, including people with cognitive, physical, auditory, neurological, and visual disabilities. Similarly, accessibility is important to those with accessibility needs due to the natural aging process.

Providing accessible web content also benefits people who may not have disabilities but who may face situational barriers. For example, when accessing the internet from devices with small screens, low bandwidth, or with accessibility features enabled on the devices. Similarly, when those accessing webpages face barriers due to language or literacy levels, accessibility solutions can also support improved access.

PURE Property Management, Inc. and its subsidiaries (“PURE”) are committed to ensuring equal access for people with disabilities. As potential customers and employees of PURE, these people are important contributors to PURE’s business success and should not be excluded, but rather welcomed, encouraged, and celebrated as they join the PURE family.

With that in mind, this website conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, level AA criteria. These guidelines not only help make web content accessible to users with sensory, cognitive and mobility disabilities, but ultimately to all users, regardless of ability.
