We’re looking for a senior or director level product manager who wants to grow quickly with our newly forming team.

We’re building a new product for the property management space in collaboration with our users, who are deeply insightful and incredible to work with. Our company mission is crystal clear. Our technology mandate is well-formulated, properly-funded, and 100% supported by our leadership. Our team is small and fast-moving. We have tons of access to users and to data.
You will have a huge opportunity to learn, grow, and have an immediate and visible impact. It’s a lot of fun and a chance to do really meaningful product work.
Your time will be spent working directly with our VP of Product and Head of Design to flesh out the product as we work through our initial build and launch (first to internal customers, and then externally). Talking with customers and bringing back their insights will be part of your daily routine. You will also work closely with our remote team in Poland, so early risers are definitely welcome, and we’re fine with flexible work schedules (days that start and end earlier).
We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience working as a product person on B2B products (Director level candidates should have more).
It’s important that you still like to get your hands dirty - conducting user interviews, writing user stories, mapping user journeys, working with the engineering team, planning sprints, etc. You’ll be doing a lot of all of this.
Other things that will be helpful in this role (not all strictly necessary):
Experience working with non-technical users, a lot of user empathy, and interest in user experience.
A desire to grow quickly and push yourself to the next level.
A very analytical approach - you will be doing a lot of user journey mapping and figuring out novel and exciting ways to solve complex user challenges.
Curiosity and willingness to jump in and try things - we’re a new company and still figuring things out.
Experience working with outsourcing and remote teams.
An understanding of the real estate and property management space.
