We’re a recently founded property management company at the frontier of our industry. We are made up of 12 companies so far, with more to come. We need someone to develop and implement a new IT strategy that will unify these companies and provide a smooth onboarding process for new companies as we acquire them.

Developing and implementing a new IT system for PURE - focused on smooth onboarding and efficient IT operations. This includes building an IT roadmap, developing playbooks, choosing tools, and getting buy-in for your approach from key stakeholders in the business.
Working with our employees to ensure they have the tools they need and are never blocked by technology.
Handling IT onboarding for incoming companies and employees and troubleshooting any IT issues. We want to make this as seamless as possible.
We’re looking for someone with a bent towards automation. You should have worked with modern automation-driven IT systems in the past.
You’re comfortable owning IT end-to-end. You’ve proven your ability to design and implement a new IT process from scratch.
You’re very customer focused - you’ve worked with non-technical users in the past and you don’t mind helping people solve technical problems.
Previous experience with company mergers is a plus. Merging a company into a larger organization is a big deal. It will be very helpful if you’ve helped people through this IT process before.
